THE CULTURE VULTURE FLIES OVER BLANDFORD

Blandford children take part in a creative and cultural project in aid to brighten our community. Two final year students from the Arts University College at Bournemouth programmed a workshop tour through local Blandford Primary Schools. Promoting creative learning methods and cultural diversity, the works of the primary school pupils have been used to create the Culture Vulture which is currently being exhibited at Blandford Forum Museum.

Students of Pimperne Primary School and Blandford St Mary's School were given the opportunity to learn and enjoy cultural diversity and create part of the final installation. The art piece which is currently being exhibited at Blandford Museum indicates cultural inclusion and creative benefits in Blandford Forum Town.

The Culture Vulture project got the community to connect and to allow local children to be taught the importance of acceptance as Blandford is rapidly becoming a multicultural and artistically inspired town.
